One of the main benefits to working out in water is that it takes pressure off of the joints including the spinal joints and can allow for more freedom of movement when one is in a great deal of pain. The following routine is an example of exercises that can be performed in the water to combat lower back pain and work to strengthen the core and lower extremity musculature.
