Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Injection Ultrasound Guided for Tennis Elbow

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Injection Ultrasound Guided for Tennis Elbow

In addition to my regular patient population, I treat as well as provide PRP injections to amateur and professional athletes from all over the country. Most notably those who play professional basketball (NBA), professional football, golf, baseball, fast pitch softball, tennis, cyclists, and swimmers. I have experience with injecting many different types of orthopedic injuries, tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) being the most common. I welcome new patients who wish to travel to see us and be evaluated for a PRP injection. We would be happy to help you coordinate and set up a visit for a consultation. Please contact my office at Capital Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at 515-440-2676 for an appointment or ask to speak to my assistant Collena or Amy for more information.

This video shows a patient being treated with platelet rich plasma (PRP) for severe tennis elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis.)

PRP injections are excellent for tendon injuries and are being used on some of the world's greatest athletes currently. We have mastered our technique and are using state of the art equipment.

This is a surgical video intended for patient educational purposes. All patients appearing in any video on this channel have given consent to have their procedure filmed and are aware that these videos are on YouTube and can be viewed by the general public.
